Bantry Windsurf Event

This is a fun windsurfing race event, open to all windsurfers with a current 2014 Irish Windsurfing Association (IWA) membership.

If you can uphaul your rig comfortably, plane in about 15 knots comfortably, and attempt a gybe, then you’re good enough to be able to take part!  Please don’t worry about being overshadowed by Irish windsurfing ex champions and advanced windsurfers…they’re all like us …normal people with addictions to windsurfing!, and they are there and willing to help you enjoy the event…just ask!  We’ll be on the slipway at Abbey Beach in Bantry, Co. Cork on both days, so do come along, say hello and watch the action!
