The Irish Windsurfing Association (IWA) subscribes to the principles of equality and strives to ensure that anyone participating or wishing to participate in the affairs of the association or in events included in the association’s Calendar of Events is able to do so in a discrimination-free environment.

IWA prohibits any direct or indirect discrimination on the basis of Gender, Marital Status, Family Status, Sexual Orientation, Religion, Age, Disability, Race or Membership of a Traveller Community.

This policy was formally adopted by the Executive Committee at a meeting on 19th Nov 2006. In accordance with the terms of our constitution, this is now adopted as the policy of the association until the next General Meeting.
